TERMS OF USE
Stores on Tube LLC or ("Stores on Tube", “we” or “Site”) welcomes “you” user to use our website features subject to the following conditions. If you visit Stores on Tube, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Stores on Tube service or business (e.g., Your Account and Profile) you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements ("Terms") applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control. If you do not agree to any of these terms, and our Privacy Notice, please do not use the Stores on Tube Website.

Stores on Tube may, in its sole discretion, may modify or revise these Terms of Service and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

When you visit Stores on Tube or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, videos, blogs, data compilations and software, is the property of Stores on Tube or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Stores on Tube and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Stores on Tube, Storesontube.com, Watch and Shop and other Stores on Tube graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks, registered trademarks or trade dress of Stores on Tube in the U.S. and/or other countries. Stores on Tube trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any service that is not Stores on Tube, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Stores on Tube. All other trademarks not owned by Stores on Tube that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Stores on Tube.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Stores on Tube may sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use our site only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Visitors may post reviews our site and submit us questions, suggestions, ideas, comments or other information as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Stores on Tube, takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Stores on Tube a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Stores on Tube the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if we choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Stores on Tube for all claims resulting from content you supply.

In the Site, Stores on Tube provides users to access high end fashion designer websites through videos, product images and links. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Site, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Site.

Stores on Tube doesn’t sell or voluntarily give away any of our customers' personal information. We keep all of our records in-house. We do not contact our customers unless the customer has asked to be contacted through our “contact us “ form. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information and ordering 3D glasses. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address). Financial information is collected through a 3rd Party credit card processor (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for the sale of 3D glasses.

All 3D glasses sales are final. If the Paper anaglyphic (red/cyan) 3D glasses you receive were damaged, you may return it for a store credit within 15 days, with all the original packaging information enclosed . If you need to return your purchase, please contact Stores on Tube via our “contact us” page. Reference the purchase date and invoice number. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please note that used 3D glasses are not returnable.

We ship in-stock 3D glasses orders placed before 3pm EST within 2 to 3 business days of the day we receive them. We ship only within the continental United States.

Stores on Tube accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to our 3rd party payment gateway processor.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Stores on Tube harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

This site and all information, content, materials, products and services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site are provided by Stores on Tube on an "as is" and "as available" basis, unless otherwise specified in writing we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, products or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site, unless otherwise specified in writing. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Stores on Tube disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that our Site; information, content, materials, products or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site; their servers; or e-mail sent from Stores on Tube are free of viruses or other harmful components. Stores on Tube will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or from any information, content, materials, products or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

Stores on Tube respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be infringing the intellectual property of a third party. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide Stores on Tube Copyright Agent with the following:

• An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.
• A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site.
• Your address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
